What to expect in a session

Sessions are 1:1 via Zoom for 30 minutes. It’s recommended to book an introductory 20-min call with me first so I can craft our meditation or yoga journey into what works best for you.

For virtual sessions, wifi is required to access the livestream.

Feel free to bring a journal, but nothing is required but yourself!

After you book a session

You can expect an email confirming your booking. If you booked a yoga session, details in the email will be included on recommended props to support your practice. in the email will be included on recommended props to support your practice.

My sessions are booked via email, and I accept PayPal and Stripe.

What equipment do I need for a virtual sessions?

Virtual sessions do require wifi whether that is through your phone or a computer.

For meditation sessions, nothing!

For yoga sessions, it’s recommended to have your own mat for practice. We can also get creative with props - pillows and blankets are great, depending on the session you book. session you book.

What do I need for an in-person session?

You will receive direct communication regarding your in-person session via email within 24hrs of booking your in-person session.

Note: this is for Austin, Texas locals only. Dallas bookings are available via custom contact form.

What if I can no longer make my session?

Life happens! If you need to reschedule a booked session, we ask that you contact via email as soon as possible. If you need to reschedule within 1 hour of your scheduled session, you will lose that session.

Can I book a group session or an event?

Definitely. Please reach out via the custom form section and we will be in contact within 24hrs.

Do I need experience to book a yoga or meditation session?

Not at all, all yogis and meditators are welcome.

I have a previous injury, can you modify a session for me?

Absolutely. Please ensure you communicate any previous or current injuries while booking your session.
